Why Human Design Dating?
In India, many marriages are made through astrological matchmaking— so we thought, why not consult the stars over here too? Human Design as a new form of astrology offers the ideal framework for this.
Leveraging the Stars to find Similarity
In composite charts for couple analysis, you can read exactly who would find each other attractive, where you would have to compromise in the relationship and who ticks in a similar way.
Many relationships are so dramatic or break down mainly because there are too many energetic compromises. This is neither the fault of one person or the other, nor is it necessarily due to “attachment traumas”. If you know who suits you and who doesn’t, you can save yourself an incredible amount of effort and drama.
Attraction vs Compatibility
When developing our matching algorithm, we had two different paths to choose from: Either we match by attraction or by compatibility. From a human design perspective, attraction in relationships can be explained as follows: Everyone is attracted to what they are not. This resonates with our biological imperative to select someone for reproduction who brings different genes than our own. Unfortunately, people who are very different also have completely different needs, and the relationships that result follow the same pattern:
First great attraction, then great drama.
If we had decided to take this as a path, we might have received a lot of positive feedback in the short term, but in the long term we would have brought together dozens of couples who would have been trapped in their old patterns of non-self/trauma bonding.
That was not a desirable alternative for us.
So we decided to go the other way: Matching for compatibility. This means focusing on similarity plus a little bit of difference. This ensures that there is a certain attraction. At the same time, we end up with couples in which both people have very similar impulses, needs and rhythms, so they understand each other deeply and can live in harmony in the long term. So don’t be put off if your match doesn’t immediately set you on fire. It could be the start of a completely new relationship experience.

Many dating apps have different silver, gold and premium versions.
These are designed to help improve the matching experience. Our approach is
to design a standard product that already includes the best matching experience,
so you don’t have to pay extra to get a good match.
If we release add-on versions in the future, it will only be because they have a
real additional value, e.g. deep insights and detailed explanations of human design. However, if you are only interested in matching, you will not have to pay any extra fees.
3. Swiping be gone!
We oppose the consumer mentality of conventional dating apps. We only offer carefully selected matches, but no swiping. You’re dealing with real people, not commodities, and that demands respect.
4. Goodbye classic men/women dynamic
We’ve all been there: as a man, you have to put in an incredible amount of effort in online dating and write thousands of messages to get a response. As a woman, you hardly get a chance to explore for yourself because you’re flooded with messages after just a short time. That doesn’t happen with us. Everyone can only write with their matches.
